Aegis Return Policy

The products covered under our policy refer to those listed on this website. Aegis sells and ships products exclusively to end users.

According to our policy, only products purchased directly from Aegis are eligible for returns and refunds. Products purchased from other retailers must be returned according to their respective return and refund policies.

To qualify for our return policy, please ensure:

  • The item remains clean, undamaged, and in a resalable condition.

  • If the item shows signs of use beyond reasonable inspection (e.g., visible wear, scratches, or protective film removed), we reserve the right to refuse the return or issue a partial refund. This assessment is at our sole discretion.

  • The returned product is in its original state, unopened and unused.

  • If you notice any defects, damage, or discrepancies from the description in your return request, you may provide photos to support your claim.

You can submit a return request to our customer service team within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt using the provided contact methods. After submitting your request, our team will review whether the return qualifies.

Special Notes on Sealed Packaging
Some products are sold in sealed packaging and are subject to Article 16(e) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer protection.

  • For hygiene or health protection reasons, these products cannot be returned once opened.

  • However, if you still wish to return such items, we may assist you, but partial charges may apply depending on the circumstances.

  • Please note: if a product has had direct contact with skin, it cannot be resold for hygiene reasons and must be destroyed after return.

This EU-based policy ensures safer shopping for our customers.

Data Removal for Smartwatches
Before returning any smartwatch, customers are responsible for deleting all personal data, including but not limited to:

  • Health and fitness data

  • Photos, messages, or contacts

  • Linked accounts or login information

  • Any paired mobile devices or applications

To comply with data protection regulations (including GDPR), devices must be restored to factory settings before returning. Failure to do so may result in processing delays or the product being returned to you. Aegis is not responsible for any personal data left on returned products.

What if I don’t have my order number?
You can provide the following information to help us locate your order:

  • Valid email address

  • Full name

  • Complete shipping address

Your order number can also be found in your account, shipping confirmation email, or order confirmation email.

How to Pack Your Return
Place the item in its original packaging, then inside a shipping box. Use foam or bubble wrap to fill any empty spaces and prevent damage during transit.
Items damaged due to improper packaging will not be refunded.

How to Obtain the Return Address
Please contact our customer service first to obtain your local return address in Canada.
Do not send items directly to the address on the shipping label, as this may result in a failed return.

Our standard return address (to be used only if a local address cannot be provided) is:

Note: Returns sent without permission cannot be refunded.

How Long Does Aegis Take to Process Returns?

  • Once the package arrives at our warehouse, return processing takes 5–7 business days.

  • If the return is approved, we will issue a refund within 48 hours.

  • Refunds to U.S. credit cards typically appear within 2–3 business days.

  • Refunds to international credit cards may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.

If you have not received your refund, please contact us.

Does Aegis Provide Return Labels?
We generally do not provide return labels unless under special circumstances (e.g., defective product).
If returning for personal reasons, you must cover the shipping cost.

What if the Product Arrives Damaged or Shows as Delivered but Not Received?

  • Packages may be delivered to your door or signed for by a neighbor. We recommend checking with neighbors first.

  • You may also use your tracking number to contact the courier. If possible, inspect the package and provide any supporting photos or documentation to help us resolve the issue.

In rare cases, rough handling by the courier may cause physical damage or loss. If this happens:

  1. If possible, report the issue to the delivery representative before signing. They will guide you through the complaint process.

  2. If already signed, take photos of the damage and file a complaint with the local courier office. Compensation may be available according to the courier’s policy.

  3. After confirmation, contact our customer service team with your order number, full description, and photos. We will liaise with the courier. If the courier compensates us, we will refund you the amount.

Note: Each courier has its own compensation policies.


Aegis Refund Policy

A full refund means you will receive the total amount of your order. If you return products under the conditions stated in the “Aegis Return Policy,” you are entitled to a full refund.

Why Didn’t I Receive a Full Refund?

  • Upon receiving returned products, we inspect for damage, contamination, wear, or missing parts. We reserve the right to determine product depreciation and deduct corresponding amounts from the refund.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable and may be deducted from your refund.

  • For returns not caused by product issues, processing fees may apply.

  • If the return is due to customer error (e.g., wrong address, refusal, or failure to pick up the package), relevant fees are borne by the customer.

You are responsible for additional shipping costs if:
a. The provided address is incorrect, resulting in failed delivery.
b. You refuse the package or fail to collect it promptly.

Can I Cancel a Paid Order?
You may cancel a paid order before the product is packaged and ready for shipment. Submit a cancellation request via our provided contact methods. Refunds will be processed immediately upon receipt of your request.

Can I Receive a Refund to a Different Card or Bank Account?
Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method. We cannot refund to a different card or bank account.


Warranty Policy

How long is Aegis warranty coverage?
All new products’ original components are covered by a one-year warranty from the date of delivery. Claims under this warranty must be made directly to Aegis with proof of purchase. If damage is caused by a manufacturing defect, Aegis will provide repair, replacement, or refund.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Improper or negligent use, operation, or modification.

  • Maintenance contrary to product instructions (e.g., lack of care).

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • All rechargeable batteries are consumables, and their capacity and performance decrease over time. Battery replacement is not covered under standard warranty.

  • Damage or defects caused by accidents.
