At Aegis, we are committed to processing your orders quickly and efficiently while always maintaining an eco-friendly approach by choosing the most environmentally friendly available delivery methods. Below are the details regarding shipping costs and delivery times.

Shipping Costs
At Aegis, we always select the most eco-friendly and environmentally responsible shipping options. The good news is that this eco-friendly shipping is always free for our customers, regardless of order size or destination country.

Important Notice:
In most cases, Aegis will cover import taxes and duties, so you are unlikely to incur additional charges. However, any fees are ultimately subject to local customs policies. If any extra charges arise, please contact us promptly to confirm and avoid potential losses.
We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.

How long will it take to receive my package?
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Orders placed before 11:59 PM on a business day will be processed and shipped the next day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

We operate multiple local warehouses and reserve the right to adjust the shipping location based on inventory and logistics to ensure faster delivery. Orders from the U.S. will be shipped via USPS or courier from our U.S. warehouse. All other international orders are shipped via air freight.

Estimated delivery times for the following countries/regions are 5–7 business days (including weekends):

  • United Kingdom: 5–7 business days

  • Netherlands: 5–7 business days

  • Belgium: 5–7 business days

  • Germany: 5–7 business days

  • Other EU countries: 5–9 business days

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier services or local holidays.

Delays
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated time, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as customs inspections or increased workload of delivery services. Aegis is not responsible for delays caused by these external factors.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@aegisxs.com and provide photos of the damage. If your package is lost, first check the tracking information and contact the courier service. We are always ready to provide further assistance.
